- How long you want the Casino Games to run for
- Times of playing time
- Colours of table you want (White, Red or Black)
- Any extras or themes you want to add on
- Event budget (we will do our best to put together the best package for your event budget)

Once you have agreed with all the items you wish to have in your Casino Event and the final price, we can then put together your Event Invoice. This is sent to you over email.
If you want to add on any items at a later date (for instance more tables if your amount of guests increases) then this is no problem. We are very flexible.
Your booking is then confirmed in our calendar of events once you have paid a £100 deposit payment to us. This means those tables are allocated to your booking and prevents you from missing out if somebody else books on the same date.

Prepare for the EVent
In preparation for the event we need you to:
- Organise and purchase Prizes for your top chip winners. This can either be a top three, or Top Male, Top Female and Top Child if you have children attending your event. The prizes can be as specific, funny, elaborate or as simple as you like...any prizes work!
- Speak to the venue where you are planning the event and find out details such as; contact name of venue manager if we need to speak to them direct, when we have access from to set up, the location inside the event hall where you want us to set up, availability of power plug points, access points to set-up etc.
- Work out how we will work alongside any other forms of entertainment on the night. We are very flexible and can operate our games during any DJ, live music etc. If the music is particularly loud we simply use hand signals during the games.
- The remaining balance of your invoice will need to be paid before or on the event date. If paying by bank transfer then make sure to pay the balance into our bank account before the event date. If paying by cash then simply hand over the remaining balance to your event manager.
Setting up for the EVent
We typically take no more than 1 hour to set up for all of our events. Thus we like to arrive 1 hour before your guests arrive to make sure it is ready for when they first come through the door.
Sometimes if your event location is close enough to our base in Ipswich, we will come out in the day and set up the tables, and return later in the evening ready for your casino game time to commence.

No need for Gambling Licence
Here at Fun Casino Nights we offer a full casino set up without the need for a Gambling Licence because we give everybody a chance to experience the FUN & THRILL of playing casino games without the worry of losing money! We simply use Fun Money Notes to hand out to each guest, as strictly no real money can be exchanged over the casino tables. Each guests starts with the same amount of fun money notes so it is a fair competition and the winners are those that have gambled the best!
The only difference to this is in Fundraising events. Guests have the option to donate for their chips to play with. All donations go to the charity/cause of the night.

Running Order of event
1. Once we have set-up we then need to organise how many fun money notes each guest will be given. We have dominations of $50 and $100 notes we can use.

3. We will then approach any DJ/Compère you have at the event to organise working with them and using their microphone to introduce the games to your guests. If there is no microphone, do not worry we can work without one. We will introduce the games and the concept of the night along with the times the tables will be open and any prizes up for grabs. We will then announce the tables are open!
4. Players can then at their leisure cash in their money notes at any of the casino tables (there are instructions on the back of the money notes which reminds them to do this). Guests can then use their chips to play any of the games, and the croupiers will teach them how to play. By the end of the night they will seasoned gamblers!
5. We have designed the chips so they can be used across all tables. Plain coloured roulette chips are all worth $10 while we also have marked chips worth $100, $500 and $1000! Guests can keep their haul of chips and walk away from the tables at any point to return at a later time.
6. We will announce when there is only 30 minutes / 10 minutes left to play to make sure all have had a chance to play the games.
7. Once game time is up, we will ask everybody to return all of their chips to a table chosen as the "cashing in desk". We will work out who has finished where ready for the prize-giving ceremony.
If you wish inside your allocated playing time we can organise a FINALE whereby the top 6 say all come together in a finale around the roulette table. This is not necessary but is a good feature if the Casino is your sole form of entertainment for the evening.

- For medium events (40 - 100 guests) we recommend each guest getting $200 each
- For small events (10 - 40 guests) we recommend each guest getting $300 each

Come the end of the night, once we have worked out who has finished where, we can then begin our Prize-giving ceremony. This delivers the competitive edge that gets the adrenaline going! We will usually work with the DJ to perform the presentation and make use of their microphone.
As the organiser you can deliver the prizes/winners or at your request we can deliver this for you. Make sure to have your cameras at the ready so the winners can be photographed.
That will conclude your Casino Event and we are confident a great time would have been had by all!
